We'll be preparing our favorite variation of our favorite comfort food, macaroni and cheese. And we'll be pairing it with beer from our partner, The Monk's Cellar Brewing. Attendees will receive a commemorative glass and enjoy unlimited samples of new, rare and classic beers. Plus, Sactomofo will also bring food trucks galore!

The Monk’s Cellar Brewery strives to bring a piece of the Trappist Monks' brewing tradition to Placer County. With years of professional brewing experience, and a brewhouse capable of brewing a wide variety of beer styles, Monk's Cellar recipes are deliberately different – clean, flavorful and fun.
The brewery differs from most in America. It employs open fermentation vats. These allow the yeast to breath and do their magic without the stresses found in some closed fermentation systems (hydrostatic pressure and CO2 saturation, for the brewers out there). Monk's Cellar believes this makes for superior beer. Because it also introduces the risk for bacteria and wild yeast infection, Monk;s Cellar has it tanks in their own sealed room and follow vigilant sanitation and cleaning regimes. It’s more work, but it's worth it. Monk's Cellar is sure you’ll agree.
